- Personal experiences and coping mechanisms
The session also featured Ms. Teckler Magombedze, a Registered Systemic Counsellor and Family Therapist, who shared professional insights on building healthier routines and supporting overall mental wellness.
Through this engagement, participants were empowered with knowledge and practical tools to better protect both their sleep and mental health.
