Our mission
We equip Zimbabwean youth with holistic support systems so they can thrive, lead, and build resilient communities.
Our vision
A Zimbabwe where every young person has access to mentorship, mental wellness, and economic opportunity.
Our programmes blend mentorship, mental wellness, and livelihood training so that youth can navigate life with confidence and community support.
Weekly peer discussions, mentorship pairs, and leadership labs that keep youth anchored in purpose and community.
Climate-smart agriculture, entrepreneurship coaching, and digital storytelling to unlock employability.
We co-create programmes with schools, clinics, faith groups, and local leaders for sustainable adoption.
We started with a handful of volunteers and a passion for service. Today, we are a structured youth movement influencing policy, livelihoods, and mental wellness in growing regions.
2022
Youth activists register Chikomborero Foundation to scale their community work.
2023
We begin mentorship, well-being, and agriculture initiatives serving 120 youths.
2024
Programs spread across three provinces with 60 peer mentors in training.
These principles shape how we design experiences, steward resources, and honour the communities we serve.
Our directors, programme coordinators, and volunteers bring together lived experience and professional expertise to move the mission forward.

We are grateful for local and global partners who bring resources, mentorship, and platforms to amplify impact.
Our work is amplified by generous allies who open doors, share resources, and invest in programmes shaped by the youth themselves.
